Passport
To enter Singapore, you must have a minimum 6-month passport validity. 

Entry Visa Requirements
United States, Canada, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, and European Union citizens do not need a visa to visit Singapore. 

Citizens from several countries including India, Turkey, Egypt, and Morocco will require a visa for entry. More information can be found on the ICA Website.

Singapore Arrival Card
All travelers are required to submit a Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) within three days prior to arriving in Singapore. Submission of the SGAC is free and can be done via the SGAC e-Service or the MyICA Mobile App. Travelers who fail to submit SGAC may be denied entry into Singapore.

For the business meetings:
It is best to opt for lightweight, breathable fabrics due to the tropical climate. Men typically wear a suit with a light dress shirt, while women often choose a professional dress or a blouse with a skirt or trousers. Remember to bring a light jacket or blazer, as indoor spaces can be quite cool due to air conditioning.

For the Wednesday evening Gardens by the Bay:

For the Thursday evening Awards of Excellence Gala: 
Formal attire. Tuxedos are recommended for the men. Elegant dresses or long gowns are recommended for the ladies. The Awards of Excellence Gala Dinner will be held at The Fullerton Bay Hotel in the Clifford Pier. Please note that The Fullerton Singapore and The Fullerton Bay Hotel are adjacent to each other.
