Location

The 2026 Preferred Global Conference will be held in Charleston, South Carolina, May 12-14, 2026. The Welcome Reception, Breakfasts, General Sessions, Lunches, and Executive Learning Sessions will be held at The Charleston Place. Thursday’s Final Gala and Awards of Excellence will be held at The Cooper. There will be shuttle transportation between The Cooper and Charleston Place.
 

Fees to Attend

  • First Attendee: Early Registration* – Hotelier - $4,300 

  • Additional Attendee: Early Registration* – Hotelier (Additional Attendee) - $3,300 

  • Non-Business Guest or Spouse: $1,650 

  • Gala Only - $500 

*Early Registration pricing available until March 31. After March 31, fees are as follows: 

  • First Attendee: Hotelier - $4,900 

  • Additional Attendee: Hotelier (Additional Attendee) - $4,500 

  • Non-Business Guest or Spouse: $1,650 

  • Gala Only - $500 

All registration fees are listed in U.S. Dollars.  
 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation notification must be sent in writing to Events@PreferredHotels.com. In the event of a cancellation, the following fee schedule will apply: 

  • 50% for cancellation 61-120 days prior to event start date 

  • 100% for cancellation 60 or less days prior to event start date 

 

Attire

  • General Session and Welcome Reception (The Charleston Place and American Gardens): The Opening General Session will begin at The Charleston Place, followed by the Welcome Reception at American Gardens. Please plan for business casual with comfortable walking shoes recommended due to stone streets. A light jacket or blazer is recommended for the outside event. 
  • Business Meetings (The Charleston Place): Business Casual is recommended for all General Sessions. Remember to bring a light jacket or blazer, as indoor spaces can be quite cool due to air conditioning. 
  • Wednesday Evening Hosted Dinners (More Details Coming): Business casual with comfortable walking shoes recommended due to stone streets. Remember to bring a light jacket or blazer.
  • Thursday Afternoon At Your Leisure or Selected Activities (Various Locations): Coastal casual with comfortable walking shoes recommended due to stone streets.  
  • Thursday Evening Awards of Excellence Gala (The Cooper): Formal attire. Tuxedos are recommended for the men. Elegant dresses or long gowns are recommended for the ladies. The Awards of Excellence Gala Dinner will be held at The Cooper, including both indoor and outdoor spaces, including the waterfront lawn. A light wrap is recommended due to coastal breezes.

Public transportation, taxis, and ride sharing apps are available. If you need assistance, contact The Charleston Place hotel concierge or The Cooper hotel concierge to arrange your airport transportation.
