We are so excited to announce our 2023 Global Conference in Half Moon Montego Bay in Jamaica on May 15 – 19. Under the theme: Heart of Hospitality, our conference will celebrate this spirit and our collective passion for service that embodies how we care for our customers and their journey with us.

This year is the 55^th anniversary of Preferred Hotels & Resorts, and we look forward to celebrating this milestone with each of you. Through 55 years of evolution in the travel industry, worldwide expansion of our portfolio, and the continued evolution of value-add programs, one thing has remained consistent: the Preferred brand has always represented the finest, most unique, and inspiring independent hotels and hotel experiences the world has to offer.

Registration is open, and our events team is busy putting the final touches on what I believe will be one of our most unique and experiential global conferences ever. This annual event will once again be filled with captivating speakers, industry experts, and roundtable educational discussions with our executive teams.

We know how important your time is, so we are also planning our General Manager’s Dinner and Showcase for May 22 – 23 in New York City. We hope that grouping these events together will help make travel plans a little easier. Please watch for more details on those events soon.
