The charter closes 30 minutes before the departure time. Arrive 90 minutes prior to departure. Present your travel documents and baggage at our Aurora Anguilla counter located in the main lobby near the American Airlines counter. After checking in, proceed through security screening. Passengers will then wait in the reception area until their flight is ready. When it is time to board the aircraft, a team member will greet and escort passengers to the aircraft. The airport ground service crew are available to assist as needed.
