- You may depart from Colorado Springs Airport (COS) or Denver International Airport (DEN). Transportation to both airports will be provided.

If you are attending FICP:

Arrival: Join us for a complimentary group transfer on Wednesday, November 13th, from the Sheraton Denver to The Broadmoor. The journey will take approximately 90 minutes.
Departure: We recommend departing on Friday, November 15th, and flying out of the Colorado Springs Airport, which is just 20 minutes from The Broadmoor. We will provide complimentary transfers to either Denver Airport (90 minutes) or Colorado Springs Airport.

If you are not attending FICP:

Arrival: We recommend arriving on Wednesday, November 13th, and flying into Colorado Springs Airport by 2:00 p.m., where we’ll provide a complimentary 20-minute transfer. If you choose to fly into Denver International Airport, you can join our complimentary group transfer from the Sheraton Denver to The Broadmoor, which takes about 90 minutes. Please ensure you arrive at the Sheraton by 11:00 a.m.
Departure: We recommend departing on Friday, November 15th, and flying out of the Colorado Springs Airport, which is just 20 minutes from The Broadmoor. We will provide complimentary transfers to either Denver Airport (90 minutes) or Colorado Springs Airport.
