Monica Moradkhan joined Wynn Resorts, Limited in November 2017 as Vice President of Community Relations. In this role, she is responsible for the company’s long-term community engagement strategy and objectives. Prior to her role at Wynn, Monica was Director of Development and External Relations for UNLV’s Division of Student Affairs, and previously served as Executive Director of a state legislative caucus shepherding legislation on public safety, housing, economic development education, throughout three Nevada Legislative sessions.

During her undergraduate studies, Monica participated in a tourism conference in Finland that fueled her passion for the tourism and hospitality industry. Monica holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Over the past two decades Monica has built a “second career” of volunteerism and service for the Greater Las Vegas community. Monica is currently co-chair of Preferred Hotels and Resorts Golden Compass Alliance, a member-led community dedicated to uniting leaders from Preferred Hotels & Resorts member properties around the world. She previously co-chaired the Nevada Corporate Giving Council and The Nevada Resort Association CSR Coalition.

Monica is an active member of St. Joseph Husband of Mary Roman Catholic Church.
