Jen Munro is Vice President of Global Loyalty for Preferred Travel Group, where she leads the vision, strategy, and execution of I Prefer Hotel Rewards—the world’s largest loyalty program for luxury independent hotels, connecting millions of members with more than 700 participating hotels worldwide. Since joining the company in 2022, she has overseen global marketing, operations, partnerships, and member engagement for the program, focusing on driving revenue growth and long-term value for hotels and members.

With more than 20 years of experience in hospitality, Jen brings deep expertise in loyalty strategy, marketing, digital merchandising, and customer engagement. Prior to Preferred Travel Group, she held global and regional leadership roles with Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Marriott International, as well as at Ogilvy leading the World of Hyatt account. During the Marriott–Starwood merger, she played a key role in the integration of Starwood Preferred Guest into Marriott Bonvoy.

In 2024, she was recognized by the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International as one of the Top 25 Extraordinary Minds in Hospitality Sales, Marketing & Revenue Optimization.
