C.S. “Ram” Ramachandran serves as the Vice President for Hotel Revenue Optimization for Europe at Preferred Hotels & Resorts. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Ram is recognized for his expertise in revenue optimization, e-marketing, strategy development, and his passion for artificial intelligence innovation. Prior to his current role, he led revenue optimization efforts across South Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Australasia for the company. Ram joined Preferred Hotels & Resorts in June 2013 as Director Revenue Account Management for India, Middle East, and Africa, and had previously held the position of Assistant Vice President of E-Marketing at The Oberoi Group. He is an active member of the HSMAI APAC Commercial Advisory Board and a founding member of the HSMAI India Chapter Board. He is based in London.
