Speaker Bio
Sophie Morgan is a multi-award-winning travel journalist, TV presenter, Artist and Disability Advocate. Named Accessible Travel Writer of the Year 2025, she writes regularly for Condé Nast Traveller (UK & US), Wanderlust, The Times, Afar.com and many more, covering adventure, luxury, and inclusion with accessibility as context, not subject matter. A bestselling author (Driving Forwards) and BAFTA-nominated presenter, Sophie has hosted Paralympic coverage for Channel 4 in the UK and NBC in the USA, and regularly appears across major broadcast networks as one of the first visibly disabled women to do so in the World, and in history. She runs Rights on Flights, a Global campaign that holds airlines accountable for accessibility, and sits on the board of Human Rights Watch and Conde Nast Traveller. Through her consultancy work, she advises hospitality and travel brands on inclusive practices and guest experience, drawing on two decades of navigating the world as a wheelchair user, not as a limitation but as a lens.
