Anita Kapoor has been immersed in communications and story-telling, space holding and community building for most of her 20+ year media multi-hyphenate career.

As a moderator, host, emcee, spokesperson, voiceover artist and podcaster, a former travel television host with shows across Singapore’s Channel News Asia and Discovery, and a magazine editor, her work has consistently placed her at the centre of the human story, space and place.

Her eclectic clients and partners include government entities, corporates, food and beverage, the arts, finance, not-for-profits, hospitality, wellness and advocacy.

She is also a wellbeing thought leader and creative, teaching individuals and groups about inclusive and equitable wellbeing, focussing on regulating the nervous system through film, installation and in-person meditative experiences.

Anita is a two time TEDx speaker, and she uses her public platforms to engage, co-regulate, question and evolve human reasoning, emotional capability and true allyship.
