With over 20 years' consolidated experience in the hotel and tourism industry, Bruno Rocha has a degree in Hotel Management and Tourism from the Algarve Hotel and Tourism School. He began his professional career in 1998 as a trainee at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. In 2000 he joined the team at VILA VITA Parc Resort & Spa as Kitchen Souschef, where he remained until 2009. From 2009 to 2023 he was Executive Chef at various hotels, including the Tivoli Carvoeiro and Bairro Alto Hotel. At the latter, Bruno Rocha played a key role in making this property one of the most sought-after hot spots in Lisbon, Portugal.
