After graduating in International Management at Bocconi University in Milan, Alcide Leali (1984) began his working life at Lefay Resorts in 2008 as Marketing Director. In 2011 was appointed Managing Director and devoted himself to the supervision of Lefay Resort & SPA Lago di Garda, that in a few years becomes one of the world’s leading SPA Destinations. In 2019 he supervised the opening of the second property of the Group, Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti. This project also marked Lefay’s entry into the Serviced Branded Residences market.

At the beginning of 2020 Alcide Leali was appointed CEO of the Lefay Resorts & Residences Group with the goal of pursuing the company’s expansion strategy focused on the opening of the third Resort in Tuscany and on the international expansion of the Brand through management contracts.
