Nathalie manages relationships with 19 best-in-class hospitality brands in The Fine Hotels + Resorts and The Hotel Collection Programs. Her role focuses on driving partner revenue growth and program engagement through leveraging each brand’s unique offerings.
Nathalie joined American Express in 2007 and spent 10 years in Global Merchant Network Services, holding several roles in Marketing. Her last role prior to TLS was in Marketing and Business Insights Consulting, where she led strategy development, partner sell-in and execution of holistic, multi-channel data driven campaigns, focused on acquiring new and re-engaging Card Members with Amex Accepting Merchants. She consulted across diverse industries ranging from Luxury Retail to Everyday Spend but she found her true calling in Travel.
Nathalie was born and raised in Brazil, lived in Israel and Scotland before settling in The United States for college. She holds a degree in Finance and MBA from The Ross School of Business at The University of Michigan. She has traveled extensively throughout the globe and visited all seven continents. She loves to experience destinations through food, art, architecture, and conversations with locals over a cup of coffee or glass of wine.
