Meet in the lobby at 6:15 a.m. and walk to the nearby park for a 45-minute stretch/walk/yoga class. This journey will focus on restorative movement, gentle stretching, yoga poses, and guided meditation. Wear comfortable clothes. Suitable for all levels. All welcome.
