Nicholas Kropelin is responsible for driving Flight Centre Travel Group’s global land partnership framework and delivering a comprehensive land strategy across the corporate portfolio, including transient, Meetings & Events, and sports and entertainment segments. He leads the negotiation of global agreements, optimization of distribution models, and development of marketing and engagement opportunities that support both near‑term customer needs and long‑term growth.

Nicholas oversees efforts to identify, secure, and enhance strategic hotel and car content in key markets worldwide. His focus extends beyond acquisition—he builds sustainable, flexible land programs that serve diverse customer demographics while strengthening revenue performance and competitive positioning.

Nicholas resides north of Boston, with his wife and two young children.
